Brazil Santos

The coffee beans from Brazil are hand harvested and dry processed. This involves drying the cherries and removing the beans once the cherries are dried. This process adds a slight fruity flavor to the coffee, resulting in a heavy, sweet, and complex brew. Lowly acidic, light-bodied brew, fruity flavors and a pleasant aroma.
