Linzer Torte

Linzer Torte is a pastry or tart with a distinctive lattice design that's baked until the crust is golden brown and is usually filled with raspberry jam and garnished with sliced almonds. It originated in Linz, Austria in the 1600s and is said to be the oldest-known cake in the world.
